Hi, I'm Rob Facer, the man behind the booth at Rugby Discos. I'm the man who'll be playing nothing but the best songs at the biggest event of your life (no pressure, right?). But before we get the party started, let me tell you a bit about myself!

I Started my DJ "Career" at 16 on my first day of business College. I signed up to do a business diploma, and my new friend, Luke wanted to introduce me to his friend Sean; who was studying music. in the music suite I saw loads of turntables and music creation material and I was instantly hooked. I downloaded an application called "virtual dj" onto my computer and it took me 3 hours to figure out how to mix my first 2 tracks together seamlessly using a laptop mouse track pad. then I made mix-tapes from my bedroom for my work colleagues at Woolworths. I bought myself a mixing controller to make the art of doing easier Then, I went into making mashups online before I took the plunge at the age of 24 to take on paid work. A mashup is where you mix multiple tracks at the same time, creating something new and exciting for the audience.
